47845 chrset23.zip	Slightly shorter version with batch files

ChrSet23.zip contains approximately the same as ChrHac23.zip. Although
most executables are unchanged, I replaced some of them by Msdos batch
files. Now you can call makeconf to edit your configuration, and won't
have to run install every time to add nethack.add to it. This is now
done automatically by the batch file. I changed this since my editor
couldn't handle files containing non-ASCII characters, and for easier
access to the files.
Also, the enclosed data file has been modified, since I thought some of
the monsters were not easily recognized or resembled one another too
much. I am quite pleased with the result.
